As a child I loved collecting rocks on our family vacations to the many beautiful state parks throughout the great USA.
After retiring from a career as a cytologist, I was introduced to beads and wire-wrapping at a bead store in downtown Plattsburg. I taught myself how to do wire-wrapping and was asked to teach classes at BoBann beads. As my interest in metals grew, I decided to take classes in silversmithing.
Now I combine my wire-wrapping and silversmithing skills to create unique jewelry with gemstones, freshwater pearls, precious metals and other elements that I collect as I travel the world.
The natural beauty of all these elements and the stories my customers share are all inspirations for my one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art.
Some of my greatest challenges and rewards have been creating beautiful customer wearable memories for my patrons found souvenirs!
